CCP provided owner and lender representative oversight and completion coordination across the approximately 20,000 SF private daycare, 7,000 SF playground, site development, utilities, civil work, accessibility, MEP and life safety systems, permitting, occupancy, turnover, and closeout. This is CCP work in an owner and lender representative capacity, not CCP general contracting contract history.
