Christopher Cobas
President & Founder
Christopher Cobas is a South Florida construction leader shaped by both the field and the decisions behind it. Raised in Miami and now based in Palm Beach County, he has built his career across commercial, mixed use, multifamily, restaurant, retail, and complex completion assignments.
His experience reaches from preconstruction, estimating, constructability, and design coordination into field supervision, project management, permitting, inspections, occupancy, recovery, and closeout. That range gives him an uncommon view of the whole project. He understands how an early assumption reaches the field, how a missed decision affects cost and schedule, and how disciplined follow through protects the client.
Christopher is direct, practical, and calm when conditions become difficult. He believes clients deserve the truth early, a clear path forward, and a leader who remains accountable after the meeting ends. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor, fluent in English and Spanish, OSHA 30 trained, and a commissioned Florida Notary Public.
